About Us

PXL is a streetwear brand dedicated to geeks, freaks, Facebook fiends, bloggers, Twitteratti, YouTubers, RedTubers, Bebo-ers, B-Boys, Linked-In-ers, tech heads, downloaders, graphic designers, nerds, neaks and anyone who appreciates streetwear with an innovative and witty perspective...

We offer an entirely unique perspective on the streetwear market. Each style is a limited edition artwork, making our product extremely collectible. Our short runs mean that we do not mass produce our product and that you are wearing a unique and quality garment.

Inspired by the distorting effects that the digital world has on imagery. Pixels are the dots that computers break images down into. Low resolution images, corruption and distortion are all undesired effects but have become a style and an artform all of their own. Graphic, fashion and textile designers and music video directors have started to take these unintended effects and celebrate them... This is from where the concept of PXL was born...

Founded by a veteran of the UK music industry, who has been passionate about art and street culture since the 80's. Determined to break into the world of design, his imaginative artwork was almost immediately emblazoned over flyers for legendary club nights including Garage Nation, Sun City, TwiceAsNice, Pure Silk etc in the late 90's. Since then he's worked on artwork for an exhaustive list of music artists from Dizzee Rascal and Tinie Tempah, 50 Cent, to Pharrell Williams, Beyoncé and Jessie J. He has also worked on advertising campaigns for Jay-Z, Levi’s, adidas, Nike, Bench, K-Swiss, Asics, JD, Nickelson, Duffer and countless other prominent brands.

Having also worked closely with a number of street wear designers, respected stylists and renowned fashion designers, and inspired by meetings with Def Jam and Phat Farm founder Russell Simmons, T shirt mogul Johnny Cupcakes, the UK's Wale Adeyemi and menswear revolutionary Cassette Playa... Through a chance meeting he then worked on famed streetwear brand Artful Dodger (by Scott Langton and Jay-Z) before deciding to launch PXL.

PXL has spun the streetwear market on its head, thanks to its cutting-edge, credible designs, worn by the streets and geeks alike…

Appealing to music lovers, fashion fans, nerd boys and those that love to be in the know, PXL is the brand to be seen in... “As the brand expands, so will the vision; initially creating limited edition pieces, the plan is to grow PXL organically, maintaining the standard, care and consideration for customers that has won over celebrity fans including Tinie Tempah, Example, Pendulum, Devlin, Ed Sheeran, Pro Green, Sway, DJ Semtex, Donaeo, Mr Jam, Roll Deep, Bashy, N-Dubz, The Thirst and video director Luke GK to name but a few...
